As I mentioned in their engagement session post, Niya and Bralen are the youngest KMP couple yet, but if you met them you would never know. They are both so mature, easy going and genuinely kind people, and have just the best friends and family that came to celebrate their marriage alongside them last weekend for their wedding at FORUM Events Center in Fishers, Indiana.
Their wedding day was our first of 30 weddings for our 2022 season, and it couldn’t have been any better! The sun was out, the temperatures warmed up (finally!) and the trees at the venue decided to bloom just in time for their special day! I can’t wait to share images from Niya and Bralen’s wedding at FORUM Events Center in Fishers, Indiana!
Niya and Bralen met when they were both just 16 years old!
When Niya’s sister introduced her to Bralen at a family friend’s get together, they hit it off right away. In fact, Bralen said to his dad shortly after, “what do you think about her?”, as if there was something really special. Fast forward four years later and it turns out Bralen was right! Even though they are both younger, they have both been waiting for this day for years! The smiles on their faces right after they said I do and had their first kiss as husband and wife was just priceless.

White, blush and gray were their wedding colors, and this gorgeous event space at FORUM Event Center in Fishers, Indiana was the perfect blank slate for their day! They filled the room with white chairs, white floral arrangements and touches of blush and gray in their bridal party attire and reception decor. The trees right outside the venue also cooperated, blooming the exact shade of pink as the bridesmaids dresses, and couldn’t have been more perfect. Especially since just four days before when I swung by the venue to get a game plan together, the trees were bare! Some things are just meant to be! I loved all of the intentional touches from their day, including Niya’s gorgeous bedazzled heels, Bralen’s blush bow tie and the custom handkerchiefs that they gave their family members that say “happy tears”. It was a day full of love, laughter, and I just know these two will live happily ever after!
