In planning my grandma’s 90th birthday, we had forgotten to hire a photographer! Two days before I reached out to Kaitlin who graciously offered to fit us into her schedule the Saturday of a holiday weekend. Meeting her, I understood why she was willing to do that — she is a gem of a human being completely focused on making sure your favorite memories are perfectly captured.

when should we book our event?
I recommend booking at least 3 months ahead of time, as there are limited weekend dates available. It's always best to secure a date ahead of time and as we get closer we will finalize a start time as you know the timeline better.
do you have vendors you can recommend?
Yes! Having photographed weddings for 5+ years in Indianapolis and photographing smaller events since, I have several recommendations depending on what you're looking for- planners, balloon artists, florists, linens, hair and makeup artists, you name it. I got you covered.
What will you photograph during your time?
Everything! From all of the pretty little details you took so much time to curate, candids to capture the emotion and joy of the day, group photos with you family and friends and even a miniature portrait session for the celebrant.
how much time do you recommend?
Most clients book between 2-3 hours beginning 15-30 minutes before guests arrive so that I can photograph the details and tablescape. This allows enough time for me to be present for all of the special moments of the day so that you can soak it in.
