Aditi + Amogh | Newfields Indianapolis Wedding

Aditi and Amogh are married! You may remember their snowy and romantic engagement photos at the Bottleworks District – our associate team was so excited to capture their Newfields Indianapolis Wedding! This vibrant, colorful, and traditional Indian wedding was so incredibly special to be a part of. 

Aditi and Amogh met in high school, and now they’re married! 

Aditi and Amogh would never have guessed they’d be married to each other, but after they reconnected in college everything changed! They are finally both living in the same city and starting this new chapter together. I had such a fun time capturing their engagement session in the Bottleworks District and getting to know this sweet couple, and I was so glad our KMP associate, Mollie, was able to capture their wedding! 

One of our favorite parts of this Newfields Indianapolis Wedding was the baraat! 

Like most wedding mornings, the day started off getting ready and shaking out the wedding day nerves. Aditi was a rockstar and had so much energy and smiles! She was so excited all morning for their first look, and all of her stress melted away when she saw him. Amogh said he was speechless when he first saw his bride! After bridal portraits Mollie captured the baraat – this is the traditional groom procession where the groom rides in on a horse surrounded by their family members dancing. It symbolizes the welcoming of the Groom’s family to the Bride’s family and the ceremony venue. Amogh was so cool and confident while riding into his wedding day!

Aditi and Amogh’s day was rich with love and tradition! 

You could truly feel the love between the new couple and their families! The whole day was filled with so many smiles, traditions, cheers, clapping, and blessings. It was truly such a joy to be a part of! Aditi and Amogh are such a sweet couple, and this day was absolutely a reflection of them. From traditional clothing to stunning decor and details, this Indian ceremony could not have been more perfect. I love how much color was incorporated into their big day and engagement session – it photographed so beautifully and was so refreshing! 

This was our first Newfields Indianapolis Wedding!

We love to take engagement photos at Newfields, but this was our very first wedding there! Newfields is one of our favorite spots for portrait sessions since there are so many great locations for photos, and jaw-dropping landscaping. It was lovely to experience a ceremony onsite, and we can’t wait to come back for even more weddings and engagements so soon! Thank you Rachel at Newfields for being so helpful and helping make this day perfect!
