Lou contacted me a little over one week before their planned elopement to at Botany Bay near Edisto, South Carolina. With only an officiant, the waves and a few seagulls as their guests, Lina and Lou made promises to each other to have and to hold for the rest of their lives. With the breathtaking backdrop of Botany Bay, it was so incredibly beautiful and romantic and made me think for just a moment… maybe Arturo and I should have eloped! Because isn’t this what every wedding should focus on? Just the two of you, the love you share and the everlasting promises that you’re making to one another!
