The Reed Family has officially completed their Baby Membership with me, and it has been an absolute joy to document this special season of their lives. From the very beginning, when we captured their pregnancy announcement, through the glowing maternity session, and finally to the in-home newborn session for baby Jack, every moment has been a beautiful testament to their growing family.
Newborn photography in Indianapolis offers a unique opportunity to create lasting memories in the comfort of your own home
Every corner of your home holds a piece of your family’s story. Stefanie, Jack’s mom, has a true talent for design, and it was evident in every detail of Jack’s nursery. The dog-themed room couldn’t have turned out more perfect, with its charming wallpaper, a whimsical lamp, a cozy stool, and thoughtfully chosen baby books and artwork. Each piece came together seamlessly to create a warm and inviting space for Jack to grow.
Big sister Jojo was thrilled to be a part of the session.
The photos we captured of her with baby Jack are some of my favorites. There’s something incredibly special about preserving these early sibling moments, knowing that one day, they’ll look back and see just how little they both were. Jojo’s excitement and Jack’s array of adorable facial expressions made for a fun and lively session that I’m sure the Reed Family will treasure for years to come.
During newborn photography sessions in Indianapolis, I always allow 2-3 hours to ensure we capture everything, from those sweet, sleepy poses to the little in-between moments. Babies often need breaks for diaper changes, feedings, and outfit changes, and I want to make sure both baby and family feel comfortable and unhurried. Our afternoon with the Reeds was full of joy, laughter, and the sweet chaos that only a newborn (and toddler) can bring. As I reflect on my time with the Reed Family, I’m reminded of why I love offering newborn photography in Indianapolis. It’s not just about the photos; it’s about celebrating the beginning of new chapters and creating timeless memories. Thank you to the Reed Family for allowing me to be a part of your journey!
