Baby Margot (Margo) was as sweet as can be! The Skupin family’s Indianapolis newborn photography session was so special to capture. Margo arrived a few weeks early so this sweet family could love on her for a little bit longer! I was happy to head out to McCordsville to preserve the memories of these early newborn days.
When I stepped into the Skupin’s house, it reminded me of my own!
Two large labradoodles greeted me at the door, and they reminded me so much of my own pups! While Anna was finishing feeding sweet little Margo (or as Anna called her, “little peanut”), we wasted no time and big brother showed me all of his favorite toys! I then got to capture the sweet details of Margo’s nursery, where Anna had so much fun preparing for her baby girl’s arrival! I loved the floral wallpaper and everything about her room! My husband and I are expecting our first son this April, and it made me so emotional to see a glimpse of what my own family (and dogs!) will be like!
Margo was as snug as a bug during her Indianapolis newborn photography session!
Margot was swaddled in a floral swaddle with a matching bow while I captured this family in their natural, loving element. Margo’s tiny toes and little face were so perfect, she barely made a peek the whole time. Big brother Jamison was full of energy and we made so to capture him in his toddler element too! He made all of us laugh throughout the entire session – so much so that Baby Margot was mostly wide awake the entire time because she didn’t miss want to miss out on any of the fun!

Indianapolis newborn photography has truly captured my heart these past few years – it’s so easy to forget how small these sweet babies are before they grow up so fast.
